2026 Packaging Machinery Trends: AI, Automation, and Sustainability Lead the Way

2026 is proving to be a transformative year for the global packaging machinery industry. From Interpack 2026 in Düsseldorf (May 7–13) to ProPak China 2026 in Shanghai (June 15–17), the message from the industry is clear: packaging automation is moving from concept to deep implementation.

Artificial intelligence has become a core industry driver.
