WILPAC Pharmaceutical and Nutraceutical Packaging: Blister, Sachet and Bottle Lines for Regulated Markets
Pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products face packaging requirements that go well beyond ordinary food lines. Tablets, capsules, powders and liquids must be dosed accurately, protected from moisture and contamination, and traceable from factory to patient. For exporters serving regulated markets, the packaging line is as much a compliance instrument as a production machine.
WILPAC builds blister lines that form, fill and seal in a single continuous process. Alu-Alu, Alu-PVC and tropicalized blisters protect moisture-sensitive products, and a vision system inspects each pocket for missing or broken tablets before the lidding foil is applied. For powders and granules, servo-driven sachet and stick-pack machines dose to a tight weight tolerance and seal with a clean, leak-proof edge, while a checkweigher rejects any out-of-spec sachet.
Bottle lines handle capsules and tablets with a counting system that verifies each bottle's count electronically, followed by cotton insertion, desiccant placement, induction sealing and tamper-evident capping. Labelling, batch coding and serialisation print a unique code on every pack so a product can be traced through the distribution chain. All product-contact parts are quick-release and washdown-rated, and formats are recalled from the HMI rather than re-tuned by hand.
For health supplements sold in sachets, stick packs and small bottles, WILPAC configures compact, format-flexible lines that move from prototype to production without costly retooling. Every line is tested with the customer's actual product and packaging film before shipment, and WILPAC provides installation, validation support, operator training and remote assistance.
