WILPAC Beverage Filling Lines: Rinsing-Filling-Capping Monoblocs for Water, Juice and Soft Drinks
Beverage bottling demands more than moving liquid into a container. Fill levels must stay consistent for label compliance, carbonated drinks must retain their CO2, and sensitive juices and teas need low oxygen pickup and hygienic contact surfaces to protect shelf life. For exporters shipping to warm climates and long supply chains, the filling line is a quality instrument as much as a production machine.
WILPAC builds rinsing-filling-capping monoblocs where bottles are gripped by the neck and transferred between stations without touching the body. Still water and juice are filled by gravity or electronic flowmeter at a stable level, while carbonated soft drinks use counter-pressure fillers that keep the bottle under CO2 pressure to preserve fizz and limit oxygen. Screw, crown and foil capping heads swap in minutes, and a cap detector rejects any unsealed bottle before it leaves the monobloc.
For sensitive products, WILPAC offers ESL and aseptic filling with sterile product and clean contact surfaces, plus tunnel pasteurization for juices and teas that need heat treatment. Downstream, self-adhesive or sleeve labeling, ink-jet coding, carton packing and palletizing complete the line. All format parts are quick-change and recalled from the HMI, and a CIP circuit cleans the product path without dismantling.
WILPAC configures each beverage line around the customer's bottle, cap and product - PET, glass or can - and tests it with the real drink before shipment. Installation, operator training, validation support and remote assistance are included.
