Agricultural inputs are among the hardest products to package well. Moisture is the enemy of shelf life for both seeds and fertilizers. WILPAC pairs its weighing systems with vertical form-fill-seal or premade pouch machines that produce hermetic seals, and adds options such as nitrogen flushing, valve applicators for degassing, zipper closures for farm packs that are opened and resealed many times, and high-barrier films that keep humidity out during long sea freight. For fertilizers and treated seed, dust extraction at the filling point plus sealed transfer points protect operators and keep the working environment clean.
Traceability and safety complete the picture. Every WILPAC line can be equipped with thermal transfer or inkjet coders that print lot numbers, batch codes, treatment statements and expiry dates legibly on film or label, and with vision systems that reject packs with missing or unreadable codes instead of letting them reach a customer. Contact parts in stainless steel resist corrosion from fertilizer salts, machines are built to CE and UL component standards, and remote diagnostics let a technician in Foshan read the line status of a plant on another continent.
