WILPAC Dairy Packaging Lines: Aseptic, Cup-Filling and Thermoforming Solutions for Milk, Yogurt and Cheese
Dairy products are among the most demanding to package. Liquid milk, yogurt, cream and cheese each carry live cultures or high fat content, and any lapse in hygiene, oxygen control or temperature tolerance shortens shelf life and risks spoilage. For exporters shipping across warm climates, the packaging line must protect the product from filler to fork.
WILPAC builds aseptic and ESL fillers for UHT milk and cream that keep the product and contact surface sterile, filling into cartons, bottles or bags with a clean, oxygen-low seal. For yogurt and desserts, cup-filling and sealing lines dose each cup accurately, lay on foil or lidding, and date-code before packing; a vision check rejects any cup with a poor seal or wrong fill.
Cheese and butter move on thermoforming and tray-sealing lines where WILPAC forms the pack from rollstock, loads the product, draws modified-atmosphere or vacuum skin around it, and cuts a clean, tamper-evident pack. Quick-change tooling and format recipes recalled from the HMI let a plant switch between block, slice and shred formats without long stoppages, and a CIP circuit cleans the dairy path between runs.
WILPAC configures each dairy line around the customer's product and pack - carton, cup, bottle or tray - and validates it with the real dairy item before shipment. Installation, hygienic-design training, validation support and remote assistance are included.
