Hygiene products combine two extremes: the converting machine runs at several hundred pieces per minute, while the consumer expects absolute reliability - an exact piece count, an intact seal and a pack that stays hygienic until the last unit is used. The stacking, compression and bagging line downstream therefore has to absorb a very high, very light product flow without jams, and it has to do so without touching the product surface unnecessarily.
WILPAC servo stackers count the exact number of pieces per pack and build a square, stable stack with gentle belt handling. A compression station then removes the air trapped between layers, typically reducing pack volume by 40 to 60 percent so that warehouse space and freight cost drop accordingly. Formats range from pocket packs and 20-piece trial bags to 60-piece and jumbo family packs, with compression pressure set per product and per pack size.
For bagging, WILPAC offers both roll-fed film baggers and pre-made pouch machines, with perforated easy-open lines, carry handles, transparent windows and up to eight-colour printed film for brand impact. Premium and OEM projects can add cartoning and shrink bundling. Quality control includes piece-count verification, seal inspection, weight check and metal detection, all wired to an automatic reject station so no defective pack leaves the line.
