Toys, stationery and gifts sell with the pack: shoppers decide in seconds, and the pack has to protect a mixed set of parts while showing them off. Blister and clamshell stations form the transparent cavity, load the product and seal the card or the two-piece shell with controlled heat and dwell time, so the pack opens cleanly but never in transit. For mixed sets, our counting and collating units assemble multiple components into one kit before sealing, avoiding missing-piece complaints.
Cartoning is where the retail look is finished. WILPAC cartoners erect colour boxes, insert the blister pack or wrapped product, tuck or glue close, and add leaflets, barcodes and hang tabs for peg display. Vision systems check printed alignment, barcode readability and pack completeness before case packing or shrink bundling.
