Electronics packaging is about protection and proof: protection from electrostatic discharge, moisture and mechanical shock, and proof that every reel or tray can be traced back to its lot. WILPAC builds packaging lines for connectors, ICs, LED modules, PCB assemblies and battery cells, serving factories exporting to more than 50 countries.
Our tray and tube handling places components into ESD-safe trays or sticks with vision-guided pick and place, checking orientation, coplanarity and lead condition before closing. For high-volume SMD parts, tape and reel machines form carrier tape, seat the parts, verify pocket presence and apply cover tape with controlled peel force, then wind reels to a set length and label them.
Moisture is the silent killer of solderability. WILPAC pouching lines insert desiccant and humidity indicator cards, flush the barrier bag with nitrogen, seal it to a validated width and print the date code, so MSL classification is respected from the factory to the reflow oven. Vacuum options are available for cells and sensitive modules.
Battery and cell lines add insulation paper insertion, terminal protection, cell grading queues and UN38.3 compliant carton packing with dividers.
