WILPAC Edible Oil Filling Lines: Dual-Mode Dosing, Nitrogen Freshness and Retail-Ready Packing
Edible oil is one of the most price-sensitive, high-volume categories in food packaging, where every gram of give-away and every oily bottle neck costs margin. WILPAC builds turnkey filling lines for sunflower, soybean, rapeseed, peanut, corn, sesame, olive and blended cooking oil, serving refineries and brand owners exporting to more than 50 countries.
At the heart of the line is dual-mode dosing. Servo-driven flow-meter filling delivers high speed for 500 ml to 5 L PET and HDPE bottles, while gravimetric (weighing) filling takes over for 10 L and 20 L jerrycans where legal-for-trade accuracy matters. Closed-loop temperature compensation corrects oil density shift between day and night shifts, keeping fill deviation within a few grams across the whole batch.
Freshness and cleanliness decide whether the product survives a long export voyage. WILPAC integrates nitrogen blanketing before capping to push residual oxygen down, anti-drip and suck-back nozzles that keep bottle necks and threads oil-free for reliable torque sealing, and capping heads for standard screw caps, tamper-evident rings, spouts and pump dispensers — all synchronized with checkweighers, vision inspection and leak detection.
Downstream, our lines apply OPP wrap-around or PVC/PE sleeve labels through steam or electric shrink tunnels, fit clip-on or adhesive handles for large formats, and pack bottles into wrap-around cartons, shrink trays or film multipacks before palletizing. All product-contact parts are food-grade stainless steel with hygienic, wash-down design. Contact WILPAC engineers today for a free line layout and quotation.
