With its wide range of applicability, it allows for greater flexibility in choosing the right bag for your packaging needs.

Our packaging machine offers compatibility with a variety of laminated films, ensuring maximum versatility and adaptability. With film thickness ranging from 0.05mm to 0.15mm, it is suited for packaging a wide range of products from snack food, chemical raw materials and herbal products to small hardware like candy, beans, pet food, dry fruits, sugar, spice, and more. It even allows for packaging of powder products such as milk powder or coffee powder.

Fueled by Panasonic PLC control technology and a rotary man-machine interface, our machine is easy to operate. Controlling the film pulling is a servo motor, while the bag length is controlled via an eye mark tracking device or parameter setting (encoder optional). You can mechanically adjust both the oval shape bag bottom hole punch and the date printing to your desired specifications.

One of the great features of our packaging machine is its zipper punching structure designed to ensure perfect zipper side sealing, making it an ideal choice for products that require resealing. Additionally, a pneumatic bag clipping structure ensures that the bag sealing is smooth, and the machine comes equipped with round shape and euro hole punching options.

We offer three-speed-control mode for roll film feeding to optimize packaging speed, and our packaging machine has been designed with your safety in mind. Equipped with a safety door protection, the machine automatically stops upon door opening and comes with no film alarm and no ribbon alarm functions.
